Direct Support Professional Positions

Home Manager

Under supervision, this position is responsible to manage the day-to-day residential and day services operations of assigned component.  Provides on-going development and training to direct support staff members to ensure quality services are delivered. This is a full-time position with time allocated between administration and direct support and flexibility in scheduling to ensure proper coverage is maintained.

Job Coach

Part-time position that will work approximately 15-20 hours per week. This person will be responsible for providing supported employment services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You be a role model, a coach, and a teacher while supporting people to work at their job site. Applicants should possess excellent customer services skills and the ability to work communicate effectively with people.
