Family Support 360

Family Support is a community based program that provides services and supports to families of children and individuals with a developmental disability. Supports are based on the individualized and changing needs and wants and each family and person. Ultimately, the intent and mission of the program is to help families provide care for their loved ones at home. Click here to learn more about Family Support 360.

SESDAC, Inc. currently has two Family Support programs in Southeast South Dakota:

Family Support 360 provides service coordination and financial assistance to families of children with developmental disabilities living at home and individuals with developmental disabilities. The local Family Support coordinator assists with the development of an individualized plan based on their needs and helps establish and assist them in accessing a broad range of support services.
